Scalefish Fishery Food Safety System

This food safety system covers procedures and hygienic controls used in the catching, storage and supply of scalefish. It has been developed collaboratively by the Tasmanian Seafood Industry Council, Seafood Training Tasmania, Tasmanian Scalefish Fishermans Association, Australian Maritime College and the Tasmanian State Government.
