The AEC meets every six weeks to consider applications and reports in-session. The AEC Meeting Schedule
lists upcoming meeting dates and submission deadlines. Please note that any forms received after a submission deadline has closed will be held over for the next meeting cycle and this will need to be taken in to account when planning a research project.
All signed forms may be submitted by hard copy or email to the AEC Executive Officer. Forms that are incomplete or unsigned will not be formally accepted.
To improve the AEC application and project management process for researchers and the AEC alike, regular updates and improvements are made to the AEC forms. Investigators are reminded to download the relevant form in every instance, rather than recycling previous, saved versions.
